A second year student in my fourth semester at Humber College, studying Early Childhood Education (ECE) expected to graduate Spring 2021. I decided to go into ECE because of the love I have for children and helping them learn and grow.  I hope that as I continue to  work with more children I become the educator that inspires children and makes them want to go to school. I want to be a positive roll model for children and be able to  help them grow in their school  environment. After my studies at Humber I hope to attend the University of Guelph-Humber to further my education. 

 

Some of my interest include working with children of all ages, but my favourite age group is school age children. I also enjoy being able to create different lesson plans and activities for the children to engage in. Other interests include baking, going for hikes,  and travelling. 

After completing one in person placement and 2 virtual ones, I have gain knowledge on how to work with children with the COVID-19 circumstances.
