How doe learning happen has played a big roll in the ECE journey I have taken. In this document there are the 4 foundations of How Does Learning Happen. The ELECT document is full of information that is beneficial when in the ECE program. The document is broken up into different age groups and categories. For an example infant-physical. When observing children ECE's often compare and use the ELECT document to see a child's developmental process.

Think, Feel, Act is a document that allows ECE's to get a better understanding of children and their thoughts. This document helps educators to understand children and to track their developmetnal process.
